Refund timeline

• Day 0 — first payment; the 7-day guarantee window begins immediately.
• Day 1–7 — full refund available, no questions asked, on first-time purchases.
• Day 8–30 — annual plans: prorated refund considered. Monthly plans: no refund unless technical fault.
• Approved — refund processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days.

1. Subscription renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you forgot to cancel before renewal, contact us within 48 hoursof the charge and we'll review your request with empathy.

To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your account settings.

2. Annual plans

Annual plan purchases are eligible for a prorated refund if requested within 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain fully active until the end of the billing period.

3. One-time purchases & add-ons

One-time purchases (sound packs, credits, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by consumer protection law or where content was materially different from its description.

4. Technical faults

If a verified technical issue prevents you from using the service and our team cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full or partial refund regardless of the standard window.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@SoundsLab.app with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

• Your registered email address.
• Transaction / order ID (in your purchase confirmation email).
• Brief reason for the request (optional but helpful).

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
