Simple, fair terms

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account or using SoundsLab.app, you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. These form a legally binding agreement between you and INSIGHTCAST PRIVATE LIMITED.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SoundsLab. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Account responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@SoundsLab.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not transfer or share your account with others.

3. Acceptable use policy

You agree not to use SoundsLab to:

• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our team.
• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure.
• Use bots or automated scripts without our written permission.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Intellectual property

SoundsLab and all its content — software, design, audio samples, text, and graphics — are owned by INSIGHTCAST PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by Indian and international IP law.

You retain full ownership of audio content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. We will never use your content for other purposes.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on the cycle stated at checkout (monthly or annual). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel from account settings at any time.

Prices are displayed in your regional currency inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, security updates, or unforeseen incidents may cause temporary downtime. We will provide advance notice of any scheduled maintenance where possible.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

SoundsLab is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, INSIGHTCAST PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination & governing law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
